Room Booking Policy

1. All booking to be guaranteed By Advance Payment.
2. Minimum number of Rooms to be consider as group is 10.
3. Booking will be considered confirmed on payment 50% of estimated billing. Balance 100% to be deposited before 15 days of the events.
4. Kindly submit Pan / Tan for the billing.
5. Outside Food & beverage of any kind will not be permitted in to the Hotel for consumption.
6. Crackers are not allowed until 200 meters radius of the hotel.
7. Playing of indoor or outdoor music will be permitted till 10:00 PM.
8. All changes will be levied & calculated on the actual number of persons or guaranteed number of persons whichever is higher.
9. The customer will ensure strict adherence to hotel guidelines & will be strictly responsible for any damage or breakage caused by any contractor / worked engaged by him.
10. Vehicle parking will be at vehicle owners risk.
11. Management will not be liable for any loss damage to customer’s property or belongings.
